• Step 2: Ship Your Device We will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label within 24 hours. Simply pack your device, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS location.
• Step 3: Fast Repair & Return Once we receive your device, we will fix it and ship it back within 1–2 business days. We will also provide you with a return tracking number as soon as it's on the way.

• Mail-In Service Only: This is a mail-in repair service, NOT a parts sale. No replacement parts will be shipped to you directly.
• Water Resistance Notice: Please note that after the device is opened for repair, the water resistance functionality may vary from the original factory standards. Please keep this in mind when using your device post-repair.
• Packaging: We use our own secure packaging boxes to ship your device back. Please do NOT include your phone case or original retail box, as we cannot guarantee they will be returned.
• Passcode & Testing: If your device is locked with a password, we will not be able to test features such as Face ID, cameras, earpiece, speakers, etc. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for the functionality of these untested components.
• 180-Day Warranty: We offer a 180-day warranty on all repairs. Please note that any subsequent physical or liquid damage will automatically void this warranty.
